Erie County is authorized to discontinue use of Beeman Creek Park and transfer its interest in the property to the Town of Clarence upon mutually agreed terms for continued park and recreational purposes.

The Town of Clarence must provide continued access to the parklands and recreational facilities to all residents of Erie County.

Any revenues received by Erie County from the transfer shall be used for capital improvements of existing park and recreational facilities or acquisition of additional park and recreational facilities.

The Town of Clarence shall maintain, own, and operate the transferred land, structures, and facilities, with use available to the general public under equitable reservation policies at free or nominal charge.

The property consists of approximately 391 acres in the Town of Clarence, with specific boundaries and legal descriptions detailed in Section 2, excluding certain previously conveyed parcels.
