Eliminates earnings limitations for retired members of the New York State and Local Police and Fire Retirement System or New York City Police Pension Fund who are employed by the City University of New York, effective January 1, 2011.

Allows eligible retirees to continue receiving their full retirement allowance without loss, suspension, or diminution while working at CUNY.

Requires eligible individuals to have retired while a member of the specified retirement systems, be entitled to receive a retirement allowance immediately prior to starting CUNY employment, and be hired as faculty or a college/university security director.

Requires the Chancellor of the City University of New York to grant a waiver of retirement earnings limitation for each eligible retiree.

Fiscal analysis projects negligible additional annual costs to the New York State and Local Police and Fire Retirement System.
