Establishes a Veterans' Gerontological Advisory Committee within the Office of the Aging, comprised of no more than 19 members appointed for six-year terms, serving without salary.

Committee membership includes two veterans appointed by the Governor; nine members appointed by the Director including physicians, researchers, nurses, and experts in geriatric medicine, psychiatry, and veterans' care; and eight members nominated by legislative leaders (3 by Senate President, 3 by Assembly Speaker, 1 by each chamber's Minority Leader), all of whom must be veterans.

Requires 60 percent of committee members to be age 60 or older.

Committee shall advise the Director on policies, programs, services, and trends impacting New York's aging veteran population and veterans' healthcare systems, meeting at least annually.

Committee members are not required to take oaths of office, do not exercise state sovereign powers, and may hold other public offices without forfeiting them due to committee service.
