Designates investigators appointed by the State Liquor Authority as police officers under Criminal Procedure Law Section 1.20(34)(w), with authority to enforce the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law and related judgments or orders.

Repeals Criminal Procedure Law Section 2.10(36), which previously designated State Liquor Authority investigators as peace officers.

Removes reference to Section 2.20 of the Criminal Procedure Law regarding powers previously granted to peace officers in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Section 15.

Updates language in Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Section 15 to replace "peace officers" with "police officers" and corrects spelling of "judgments."

Takes effect on January 1 following the date the bill becomes law.
