Allows pharmacy students in internship or residency programs to administer immunizations under direct supervision of a pharmacist holding a valid certificate of administration, provided the student has completed all department requirements for the certificate.

Expands the types of immunizations pharmacists may administer from flu and pneumococcal vaccines only to all adult immunizations and vaccines listed in the CDC's Recommended Adult Immunization Schedule, plus emergency anaphylaxis medications.

Removes the requirement that physicians or certified nurse practitioners issuing immunization orders must have a practice site in the same county as the administration, except in counties with populations of 75,000 or less where they may practice in an adjoining county.

Changes the certificate of administration fee from a one-time triennial payment to a one-time $100 fee.

Makes the pharmacist immunization administration provisions permanent by removing the March 31, 2012 expiration date.
