Amends Section 122 of the workers' compensation law to mandate that all hearings and pre-hearing conferences be stenographically recorded by a stenographer employed by the workers' compensation board

Allows stenographically recorded and transcribed testimony, evidence, and procedure from investigations, hearings, or pre-hearing conferences to be received as evidence with the same effect as if the stenographer were testifying

Requires transcripts to be certified by the stenographer as true and correct

Permits any party to obtain a copy of the transcript upon payment of a fee equivalent to the cost of similar transcripts in supreme court

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
