Expands the definition of "theatrical employment agency" to apply broadly to any person procuring employment for "an artist" rather than listing specific entertainment fields (circus, vaudeville, legitimate theater, motion pictures, radio, television, etc.)

Creates a new definition of "artist" encompassing actors, actresses, radio artists, musical artists, musical directors, writers, cinematographers, composers, lyricists, arrangers, models, and other professionals in motion picture, theatrical, radio, television, and entertainment enterprises

Allows theatrical employment agencies to charge fees to artists for Class C employment either after referring an artist to an employer resulting in employment, or after representing an artist in negotiating or renegotiating an employment contract

Requires agencies to provide artists with a clear and concise statement of fee provisions for Class C employment contracts

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
