Adds a new Section 654-A to General Business Law creating grounds for cancellation of membership camping contracts after the initial 3-day cancellation period, including material breach of essential services, relocation 500+ miles away, admission to adult care or residential health care facilities, and physician certification of inability to visit due to physical condition.

Allows cancellation by domestic violence victims who provide documentation such as a domestic violence incident report, police report, order of protection, or affidavit from a medical/mental health provider within six months of the incident.

Requires purchasers canceling after the initial 3-day period to have paid the full membership price and all outstanding fees and dues, plus 90 additional days of payments; exempts estates from further obligations if all contract signers die.

Mandates membership camping contracts include disclosure statements in at least 10-point bold type informing purchasers of the additional cancellation rights available under Section 654-A.

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law.
