Requires sex offenders designated as sexual predators or level three offenders to personally verify their address with local law enforcement every 90 calendar days after release, parole, post-release supervision, probation, or discharge.

Authorizes law enforcement agencies to take a new photograph of the offender during address verification if the offender's appearance has changed since the most recent photograph on file.

Requires law enforcement agencies to forward copies of any new photographs taken to the Division promptly.

Temporarily suspends the address verification requirement while the offender is confined to a correctional facility, hospital, or institution, with the duty immediately resuming upon release.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
