Allows the alcoholic beverage authority to issue a retail on-premises consumption license for a specific premises in the Village of Broadalbin, Fulton County, despite the premises being within 200 feet of a school, church, synagogue, or other place of worship.

Applies only to the specifically described property in Broadalbin bounded by West Main Street, Kennyotto Creek, and lands of the Chapman and Agnostopulos families, with an exception for land belonging to The First Presbyterian Church of Broadalbin.

Exempts this particular location from the standard prohibition in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law that restricts on-premises liquor licenses within 200 feet of religious or educational buildings.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
