Authorizes the Village of Ellenville to offer the optional twenty year retirement plan under Section 384-d of the Retirement and Social Security Law to six named police officers: Michael Jeter, LaMark Logan, Daniel Persell, Christopher Rosa, Robert Ross, and Vanessa Nixon-Tomlin.

Allows these officers to participate despite missing the original application deadline, provided they did not fail to apply due to their own negligence.

Requires the Village of Ellenville to file a resolution with the state comptroller by December 31, 2012, certifying that the officers' failure to apply timely was not due to negligence.

Permits the named officers to elect coverage under Section 384-d by filing a request with the state comptroller on or before June 30, 2013.

Village of Ellenville must bear all past service costs, estimated at approximately $100,000 as a one-time payment or approximately $13,500 annually if amortized over ten years, plus approximately $6,800 in increased annual contributions for fiscal year 2013.
