Changes the location of the state council for interstate adult offender supervision from the division of parole to the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision

Updates council membership to include the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision and the Director of the Office of Victim Services (replacing the chairperson of the crime victims board)

Modifies reference in correction law section 806 from "section two hundred fifty-nine-b" to "section two hundred fifty-nine-i" of the executive law regarding discretionary parole release considerations

Council members continue to serve five-year terms without salary but receive reimbursement for travel and related expenses

Act takes effect immediately, with amendments expiring upon repeal of the underlying sections
