Licensed farm distilleries may apply to the Liquor Authority for a permit to sell liquor in sealed containers for off-premises consumption at the State Fair, recognized county fairs, and not-for-profit farmers' markets, with a distillery representative required at the time of sale.

Licensed farm distilleries may conduct consumer tastings of liquor at the State Fair, recognized county fairs, and not-for-profit farmers' markets, subject to existing limitations in the alcoholic beverage control law.

Consumer tastings at off-premises locations must follow rules and regulations promulgated by the Liquor Authority and comply with limitations allowing tastings of the distillery's own liquor plus samples from no more than three other distilleries.

The act takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with authority granted to the Liquor Authority to promulgate necessary rules and regulations immediately upon enactment.
