Amends the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law to allow the Commissioner of Parks to designate a snowmobile trail within State Route 8 in the Town of Deerfield, Oneida County, between route markers 8-2607-3237 and 8-2607-3260.

Requires the Commissioner of Parks to obtain concurrence from the Commissioner of Transportation before designating the trail for snowmobile use.

Commissioner must develop conditions for snowmobile trail use in consultation with the Transportation Commissioner to ensure safe use of both the state route and snowmobile operations.

Designations are effective for no longer than one year and may be renewed with the concurrence of the Transportation Commissioner.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
