Town of Alden authorized to convey an easement in Alden Town Park to the village of Alden for construction and repair of a water transmission main to extend the public water supply system

Village of Alden must restore the surface of the land upon completion of construction, and the land shall continue to be used for park purposes

Town of Alden must dedicate funds equal to or greater than the fair market value of the easement interest to acquisition of new parklands and/or capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities

Easement is located in Erie County and measures approximately 720 feet long by 30 feet wide, situated in the Alden Town Park north of West Main Street

Conveyance cannot occur until the town of Alden complies with all applicable federal requirements pertaining to alienation or conversion of parklands
