Creates a not-for-profit corporation called the "Main-Transit Volunteer Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association" composed of active and former volunteer members of the Main-Transit Fire Department in Amherst, Erie County, New York

Establishes purposes including maintaining headquarters, promoting fraternal relations among members, providing relief and assistance to disabled or indigent volunteer firefighters and their families, and promoting volunteer fire service welfare

Authorizes the corporation to collect and receive taxes imposed under Article 91 of the Insurance Law on fire insurance premiums in the Main-Transit Fire Department protection district, with funds used exclusively for care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer firefighters and their families

Establishes a seven-member board of trustees consisting of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and three additional trustees to control and manage the corporation's funds, property, and affairs

Requires the Main-Transit Fire Department secretary to call an organizational meeting within three months of the act's effective date, at which members adopt by-laws and elect officers; the provision regarding insurance tax collection applies to taxes due on premiums received after January 1, 2012
