Amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to add the Sons of the American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary to the list of recognized veterans clubs eligible for club licenses

Expands the definition of "veterans club" to explicitly include the Sons of the American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary alongside existing organizations such as the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Disabled American Veterans

Allows members of the Sons of the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary who possess valid identification cards to qualify as club members for purposes of alcoholic beverage service

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
