Amends Executive Law Section 353 to add two new subdivisions requiring the Department of Veterans' Affairs to address military sexual trauma for female veterans

Requires dissemination of information to female veterans about Veterans' Affairs centers and organizations offering treatment, counseling, and resources for military sexual trauma, with information posted on the Veterans' Affairs website

Defines military sexual trauma as psychological trauma resulting from physical attack of a sexual nature, battery of a sexual nature, or sexual harassment occurring during active duty or active duty for training, as determined by a Veterans' Affairs mental health professional

Authorizes the Commissioner of Veterans' Affairs to establish peer counseling and support services for military sexual trauma at one or more Veterans' Affairs facilities if deemed appropriate and necessary

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
