Amends Section 1307 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law to require mortgage foreclosure plaintiffs with a duty to maintain foreclosed property to provide contact information for the responsible employee or agent.

Contact information must include at minimum a direct telephone number and the name of the employee or agent responsible for property maintenance.

Plaintiffs must provide this contact information to the municipality's chief financial officer in written notice.

Contact information must be posted on any vacant dwelling or dwelling that becomes vacant after issuance of the foreclosure judgment.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
