Amends Section 343-k of the Highway Law to add the "Adirondack Coast Wine Trail" to the list of designated wine trail routes in New York State

Designates a specific route through Essex and Clinton Counties in the Adirondack region, beginning at Exit 35 of Interstate Route 87 in Peru and following State Routes 22-B, 190, 374, 22, 11, 9, and 3, ending at Exit 37 of Interstate Route 87 in Plattsburgh

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
