Amends Penal Law Section 263.11 to expand the crime of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child to include knowingly accessing such material with intent to view, in addition to physical possession or control.

Amends Penal Law Section 263.16 to similarly expand the crime of possessing a sexual performance by a child to include knowingly accessing with intent to view.

Both offenses remain classified as Class E felonies.

Adds exception allowing attorneys to possess or control such performances when provided in relation to representing a person under investigation, charged, or appearing as a respondent in Family Court, limited to the period of representation.
