Establishes initial licensure fee of $175 and triennial registration fee of $155 for anesthesiologist assistants.

Requires anesthesiologist assistants to practice only under the supervision of a licensed anesthesiologist who is immediately available, with the supervising anesthesiologist adopting a written practice protocol.

Restricts use of the title "anesthesiologist assistant" or the letters "A.A." to only licensed individuals under this section.

Adds two anesthesiologist assistant members to the State Board for Medicine, with their participation limited to matters relating to anesthesiologist assistant licensure and practice; takes effect the first day of the twelfth month after becoming law.
