Establishes a shared housing program through the Office for the Aging allowing persons 60 years or older to register to share living space with another eligible senior citizen.

Creates a registry maintained by the Office or designated agencies on aging that collects registrant information including name, address, up to three personal references, and criminal history disclosure.

Requires applicants to disclose any convictions within the past five years for theft, assault, threat or use of force, controlled substance possession or sale, or weapon or firearm possession, with false information resulting in immediate removal from the registry.

Designates all registry information as confidential and usable only for implementing the shared housing program.

Authorizes the Office to charge a fee not exceeding one dollar per registry entry to fund program implementation and maintenance, with regulations to be developed in consultation with the Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
