Authorizes the State Director of the Office for the Aging to develop and establish a Grandparent Caregiver Support Program for grandparents and relatives age 60 or older providing primary care for children.

Defines eligible caregivers as grandparents, stepgrandparents, or blood/marriage relatives age 60+ who live with and provide primary care for a child (age 18 or younger) whose biological or adoptive parents are unwilling or unable to serve as primary caregiver.

Program may include creation of resource centers through local offices for the aging, support groups, information and referral services, assistance accessing available services, and counseling for caregiving-related decisions and problems.

Authorizes publication and dissemination of printed materials related to available services for eligible caregivers.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, subject to appropriations availability.
