Amends New York Elder Law to establish a Senior Dental Services Grant Program administered by the Director of the Office for the Aging.

Eligible participants are elderly individuals (65+) who are unmarried with annual income ≤$20,000 or married with combined spousal income ≤$26,000 and have no dental insurance.

Director shall select up to six grant recipients through a request for proposal process, prioritizing accredited educational programs and existing dental clinics serving low-income elderly, with consideration for geographic distribution.

Grants may be used for direct provision of dental care, equipment purchases, and travel expenses related to dental services including diagnoses, treatment, and client assessment.

Director must submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature beginning December 31st following the effective date, including financial reports, program analysis, and recommendations for continuation or expansion.
