Model telephone reassurance program requires advance consent for law enforcement home access to check senior status and aims to reduce unnecessary enforcement responses

Model visiting program shall provide regular visitors and companionship to seniors lacking family and friend networks, including volunteer recruitment, screening systems, and periodic monitoring

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment
