Allows purchasers to cancel membership camping contracts after the standard 3-day cancellation period if there is material breach of essential services by the campground operator, provided the operator fails to diligently restore services within a reasonable timeframe.

Permits cancellation if purchaser relocates to a permanent residence at least 500 miles from the campground or any reciprocal program location.

Allows cancellation if purchaser or their spouse/domestic partner enters an adult care facility or residential health care facility, or receives physician certification that they are bedridden, housebound, or physically unable to use campground services.

Allows cancellation if purchaser is victim of domestic violence by another signatory to the contract, requiring submission of incident report, police report, protection order, or affidavit from medical/mental health provider within six months.

Requires disclosure documents to inform purchasers in bold 10-point capital letters of all cancellation rights, and mandates canceling purchasers pay full purchase price plus 90 days of outstanding fees and dues; takes effect 180 days after enactment.
