Mandates that facilities call the Division of Criminal Justice Services special telephone number to verify whether patients are registered sex offenders as defined by Correction Law Section 168-A

Requires facilities providing non-emergency clinical outpatient counseling with three or more annual visits to make reasonable efforts to segregate patients who are sex offenders from those who are not

Takes effect on the thirtieth day after becoming law
