Establishes a Veterans' Gerontological Advisory Committee within the Office with no more than 19 members appointed for six-year terms, serving without salary.

Committee composition includes two veterans appointed by the Governor; nine members appointed by the Director including physicians, researchers, nurses, psychiatrists, and experts in geriatric care and veterans services; and four additional veterans appointed by legislative leaders.

Requires at least 60 percent of committee members appointed after the effective date to be age 60 or over.

Committee shall advise the Director on policies, programs, services and trends affecting aging veterans and veterans' healthcare systems, meeting at least annually.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
