Amends General Municipal Law to allow both bona fide members AND employees (previously members only) to participate in the management and operation of games of chance licensed to authorized organizations.

Permits employees of auxiliary or affiliated organizations to operate games of chance on behalf of the licensed organization.

Allows employees (but not non-employees) to receive compensation for participating in the management or operation of games of chance.

Specifies that non-members and non-employees may still assist licensees in activities other than managing or operating games.

Effective immediately upon enactment.
