Amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to require the State Liquor Authority to file certified copies of orders revoking a license and imposing a two-year proscription against future licensure with the county clerk where the premises are located.

Requires county clerks to record and index these liquor authority orders as documents affecting real property without charging a fee.

Amends the Real Property Law to explicitly authorize the New York State Liquor Authority to file orders affecting real property in county recording offices, alongside court judgments and decrees.

Establishes that no recording or filing fees shall be charged for liquor authority orders filed under this law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
