Amends environmental conservation law to modify pesticide use record requirements for commercial applicators by replacing specific street address with county and five-digit zip code information

Requires commercial applicators to maintain records containing EPA registration number, product name, quantity used, and county/zip code (instead of full address) for each pesticide application

Modifies pesticide sale record requirements for restricted use pesticides by vendors, changing location reporting from specific address to county and five-digit zip code

Maintains existing requirement that commercial applicators file annual reports with the department by February first and retain records for at least three years

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
