Establishes a citywide central registry listing all complaints against child day care facilities that result in disciplinary investigations, actions, or administrative or judicial proceedings by the Department

Registry must include the nature of each complaint and the status of the investigation or proceeding

Requires child care services to post signage near public entrances directing parents to access the central registry through the Department's website or by calling 311

Amends existing posting requirements to include information about the central registry alongside inspection reports

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
