Extends the deadline for establishing the Brookville library funding district in Oyster Bay, Nassau County from October 31, 2011 to October 31, 2013 for holding the district formation election.

Changes the deadline for creating the district from on or before January 1, 2012 to on or before January 1, 2014, contingent on voter approval.

Extends the automatic repeal date of the legislation from November 1, 2011 to November 1, 2013 if the district has not been approved by that date.

Requires the town clerk to notify the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission if the district creation is not approved by November 1, 2013.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
