• Establishes new salary schedules for the Agency Police Services Unit (APSU) effective April 1, 2005 through April 1, 2014, with salary grades 1-25 and multiple performance advance steps and longevity steps.

• Provides salary increases ranging from 2.25% to 4% annually from 2005-2010, plus a $2,625 addition to base salary effective March 31, 2011, and 2% increase effective April 1, 2014.
