Adds crossbow to the list of permitted weapons for deer hunting in Cortland County during the season running from the first Monday after November 15 through the first Tuesday after December 7

Amends section 11-0907 of the Environmental Conservation Law to include crossbow alongside pistol, rifle, shotgun, muzzle loading firearm, and long bow as authorized hunting methods

Takes effect immediately upon enactment

Expires and is repealed on the earlier of either the date that chapter 323 of the laws of 2011 is repealed or the date that chapter 483 of the laws of 2010 expires pursuant to section 17
