Updates district descriptions in Manhattan (71st and 72nd districts), the Bronx (77th and 86th districts), and Nassau County (14th, 15th, 19th, and 21st districts) with corrected street and geographic references.

Makes conforming amendments to assembly district 42 description in Delaware County and adjacent counties to change "Deposit" to "Delhi" and remove "Hancock" from the listed towns.
