Authorizes Saratoga County Board of Supervisors to discontinue use of lands acquired for reforestation purposes and convey a parcel to the Town of Moreau for a water pump station.

The parcel to be conveyed is located in the Town of Moreau along Spier Falls Road (County Road No. 24), approximately 0.5 miles west of Interstate 87, containing approximately 0.082 acres or 3,582 square feet.

Conveyance is conditional on Saratoga County acquiring and dedicating replacement real property for reforestation purposes of equal or greater fair market value to the lands being conveyed.

If replacement property acquired is less valuable than the conveyed parcel, the county must dedicate additional lands for reforestation purposes to make up the difference in fair market value.

The replacement reforestation property is located in the Town of Corinth on county-owned land (one-tenth acre portion of Great Lot 4, Sub-lot 2 of the Twenty-Fourth Allotment) and is subject to existing conservation easements and rights.
