Amends Agriculture and Markets Law Section 301 to expand the definition of "land used in agricultural production" to include commercial equine operations in addition to existing commercial horse boarding operations

Requires at least seven acres of land used in the preceding two years to support a commercial equine operation with annual gross receipts of ten thousand dollars or more to qualify

Maintains existing seven-acre minimum requirement and ten thousand dollar average gross sales threshold for land used in agricultural production for crop and livestock production

Takes effect sixty days after becoming law
