Adds physical therapy to the list of professions eligible to organize university faculty practice corporations, alongside medicine, dentistry, and chiropractics.

Expands eligibility to faculty members of colleges or universities with accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy programs, not just standalone professional schools.

Requires certificate of incorporation to identify the institution (college or university) with which faculty members are affiliated.

Maintains existing requirements that faculty practice corporations operate under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) and comply with institutional faculty practice plans.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
