Authorizes the City of Poughkeepsie to convey approximately 2.717 acres of city-owned real property located at 83 North Water Street to 1687 Properties LLC at fair market value.

Property conveyance is subject to section 20 of the General City Law and contingent upon terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.

Stated purpose of the conveyance is to create a public park and rehabilitate historic structures on the property.

Property is bounded by the Hudson River on the west, Fallkill Creek on the south, North Water Street on the east, and Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corp. property on the north.

Property is subject to five existing easements: Access Easement No. 1 and 2, and Utility Easement No. 1, 2, and 3, as shown on Filed Map #11198.
