Amends mental hygiene law to require the Division of Horse Racing and Pari-Mutuel Wagering and the Division of Lottery to post signs about compulsive gambling help in their regulated facilities.

Signs must be at least 8.5 by 11 inches and posted in a prominent manner within reasonable distance of each entrance and exit.

Signs and information must be posted on appropriate internet sites and include notice of commissioner-approved organizations offering assistance with prevention and treatment of compulsive gambling.

Signs must be made available by the Division of Horse Racing and Pari-Mutuel Wagering, Division of Lottery, and Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, then distributed by the appropriate licensing agency.

Takes effect on the same date as section 1 of part A of chapter 60 of the laws of 2012.
