Establishes a Farm-to-Senior Program jointly administered by the Office for the Aging and the Department of Agriculture and Markets to facilitate purchases of New York farm products by senior centers and aging institutions.

Requires the Office for the Aging to compile information from senior centers about their interest in purchasing farm products and disseminate farmer contact information and product availability to those institutions.

Requires the Department of Agriculture and Markets to solicit purchase requests from senior centers, make that information available to New York farmers and farm businesses, and provide product availability information back to senior centers.

Establishes "New York Golden Harvest: Seniors Week," a promotional event to be held at senior centers, farms, farmers' markets, and community locations to promote New York agriculture and foods to seniors.

Directs the Director of the Office for the Aging and the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets to report to the Legislature on any changes in law needed to facilitate these purchases, effective 120 days after enactment.
