Disclosure must include claims paid by month, broken down separately by medical and pharmacy claims

Requires a separate listing of individual claims exceeding $50,000, in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996

Superintendent of Financial Services will direct the manner and format of data disclosure

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
