Amends Correction Law Section 168-f to require law enforcement agencies to take new photographs of sex offenders designated as sexual predators or level three offenders if there is a visible change in appearance since the most recent photograph.

New photographs must be taken during the mandatory address verification meetings that occur every 90 calendar days after release, parole, post-release supervision, probation, or discharge.

Law enforcement agencies must promptly forward copies of any new photographs taken to the Division.

Address verification duties remain suspended while sex offenders are confined to correctional facilities, hospitals, or institutions and resume immediately upon release.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
