Simplifies petition requirements for Buffalo school board nomination candidates by allowing signers to provide only their signature and present residence address

Eliminates mandatory collection of historical residence information from the time of the last preceding general election, city school subdistrict, and election district on nomination petitions

Removes requirement that signers personally fill in date, residence, subdistrict, and election district information, allowing petition circulators to complete these details

Modifies petition form language to remove references to voter registration status at prior elections and support for candidates at ensuing elections

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
