Amends section 343-k of the highway law to add the "Adirondack Coast Wine Trail" to the list of designated wine trail routes on the state highway system.

Designates a specific highway corridor as the "Adirondack Coast Wine Trail," beginning at Exit 35 of Interstate Route 87 in Peru and proceeding north through State Routes 22-B, 190, 374, 22, 11, and 9, ending at Exit 37 of Interstate Route 87 in Plattsburgh.

The designated route covers portions of highways in the towns of Peru, Schuyler Falls, Plattsburgh, Mooers, Champlain, and the city of Plattsburgh.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
