Directs the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation to accept ownership of the Portageville Railroad Bridge (a freight railroad bridge built in 1875) spanning the Genesee River at milepost 361.66 within Letchworth State Park in Livingston and Wyoming counties

Ownership transfer occurs after a new freight railroad bridge is constructed and completed over the Genesee River within Letchworth State Park

Office must acquire incidental roads, approaches, structures and facilities necessary for construction, operation, maintenance, replacement and management of the bridge deck and public access

Office is responsible for maintaining the bridge's superstructure and authorized to install and maintain equipment used in connection with the bridge

Office must include funding for all costs and obligations of maintaining the Portageville Pedestrian Bridge for public access in its annual budget request
