Requires school committees to evaluate and test children suspected of having dyslexia according to current scientific understanding and make recommendations through teams knowledgeable in dyslexia instruction.

Mandates school districts provide services of a teacher or instructor trained in dyslexia and related disorders to children identified with these conditions.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law, with certain provisions subject to expiration and reversion dates tied to prior education law amendments.
