Creates a new Class D felony offense for patronizing a prostitute in a school zone under Penal Law Section 230.06-A

Expands the definition of "school zone" to include daycare facilities in addition to elementary, parochial, intermediate, junior high, vocational, and high school properties

School zone definition covers buildings, structures, athletic fields, playgrounds, and land within school or daycare facility property boundaries, as well as adjacent public sidewalks, streets, parking lots, parks, and playgrounds

Takes effect on November 1 following the date the bill becomes law
